1. General information
The main objective of the subject is to provide students with learning situations to make visible the female presence in historical processes. Currently, history, as a science of social change, requires criteria of rigor and transparency that cannot obviate the recognition of the roles and actions performed by women in different periods, regardless of the field of study or the era in question. Therefore, this subject will provide useful resources to overcome the so-called "female invisibility" in the societies of the past, learning to interpret the various documentary records for this purpose.
These approaches and objectives are aligned with the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations (2030 Agenda (https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/es/).
Goal 4: Quality Education.
Goal 5: Gender Equality.

Goal 17: Alliances to Achieve Objectives.
